Upton Family Acupuncture thanks you for your service and is pleased to announce that as a veteran, you are entitled to acupuncture services through Health Net Federal Services (HNFS) with no cost to you. Two programs administer this benefit for veterans: Veterans Choice Program and Patient-Centered Community Care. Upton Family Acupuncture is a credentialed Provider for both programs. Pre-authorization is required. To start receiving your acupuncture benefit, please contact your local Veterans Administration and/or Primary Care Provider.
